Your account is attached to the instance of the application on your device. It was created the first time you opened it on that device.
To delete your account, go the side menu by tapping your profile picture at the top, then Support / Help / Account and “Delete” at the bottom. This removes all application-related data (profiles, contacts, messages, etc.) from your device and deletes the account from the twinme signaling servers.
Once this account has been deleted, you can uninstall the application from your device.
Before deleting your account, it might be wise to reset all your conversations, so they are also reset on your contacts’ device, and remove all your contacts so they are notified when they try to reach you.
If you uninstall the application or make a factory reset of your device, your account will become an unreachable “zombie” account. The local data on your device will be removed, but there may remain some metadata on the signaling servers for some time. Your contacts will not be notified when they try to reach you.
